Product registration
A CryoIQ product has a one year warranty against technical defects. The warranty can be extended with an additional year by registering the product with us.
Warranty limitations
The warranty is strictly limited to the exchange of defective parts. The warranty doesn't cover any broken devices and/or applicators caused by dropping them. Other claims for damages such as loss of working hours, incorrect treatment and their consequences, non executed after treatment and their consequences as well as the none observance of the safety instructions are excluded from all warranty and liability.
